1. How to buy?
To purchase an item, click on the Buy now or Add to Cart button. When you have completed selecting your items you should select the Checkout link which will allow you to confirm the delivery method if applicable, select your payment method and then present a final confirmation screen prior to placing the order. Please ensure you have enabled your browser to accept cookies. After you submit your payment, you will be automatically redirected back to this site to print a receipt.
2. How to make payment?
We accept payment through PayPal or credit payment via NBE Pay for all orders. We also accept direct banking through internet or teller machine. Once the fund transfer payment has been effected, kindly send the following details to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Payment Transaction Number
• Order Number
• Total Payment Amount
Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment. For Nbe Pay payment, we will be notified of your payment from Nbe Pay directly.
3. What is our return policy?
All goods sold are not returnable and refundable. If for any reason you are really not satisfied, you may contact or email us for further instructions within 7 days of parcel arrive customer's place. For more details please refer the Return Policy.
4. How are the products that I bought charge for shipping?
Please kindly refer the "shipping information" under the customer service section.
5. How can I check regarding my orders?
You can log into your account and check your order status. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com with the assigned order id and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
6. Can I cancel my order? I don't like this design or deliberately claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good.
Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed. We appreciate your understanding in this respect.
7. When can I get the products after I made the payment?
Once we received your payment, we will ship your order on the next working day. And you will receive the item around 2-3 days via courier service. Orders that are placed on weekends or during public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. For oversea, the delivery time may vary depends on the country in between 2-14 working days.
8. What if I receive a defect/ faulty item?
We pride ourselves in having outstanding products. It is our policy to conduct a thoroughly inspection before we send out the products. Our goal is no return products; only return satisfied customers! Yet, in the event that a product is faulty, you need an exchange; we are here to assist you and will do our best to make returning your item a trouble-free process. 9. Why do i still receive the message "No stock" or "Stop Production" after payment is done?
There is a possibility that when customer have submit the order and the item is out of stock.
There are some reason that the item out of stock after the customer submit the order like the item defected
and need to return to the supplier, suppliers had stop producing the specific item during restocking and etc.
10. What can i do if my order item has no stock or stop production?
Customer may amend their orders to other available item of the same price or request for refund for this particular order.
11. What is a coupon code? How do I get one?
At times we have special sales for our regular customers to reward them for their continuing business. We e-mail coupons online from time to time to customers who have opted-in to our newsletter. If you would like to sign up for our e-mail newsletter, please join in as a member.
12. How do I use a coupon code?
There will be an optional place for you to enter a coupon code in our order form. Simply enter your coupon code and proceed with your order.
13. How about gift certificates?
Gift certificates are the perfect solution when you just can't find the right gift or you're short of time. Gift Certificates make a perfect present for your lovely wife, friends, sisters, and the newly mom to be. We will email this Gift Certificate to your expecting mom so she can get exactly what she needs in the right color and size today!
14. What is Just Mum's shipping method?
Just Mum uses PosLaju or Sure Reach for all orders. However, Just Mum will use alternative methods of delivery including but not restricted to Registered Mail/Parcel, Airmail or Courier services if and when such delivery methods are more feasible. In order to offer you the greatest value we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as low as possible. We are always working to reduce the costs and increase the efficiencies of shipping and processing so that we can continue to charge as little as possible to offset the costs of getting your package to you undamaged, on time, and exactly as you ordered it.
