All goods sold are not returnable and refundable. We will inspect items before posting out. If for any reason you are really not satisfied, you may contact or email us for further instructions within 7 days of purchase.
Please take all precautions to keep the products, warranty information, and the packaging materials, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper product return.
We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery. The returned item must be sent back to Just Mum office at your own cost. You will take the full responsibility of the item damage/lost of during the return shipment back to Just Mum. We strongly advise you to get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced. (We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.)
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit which is equivalent to the amount of the price paid.
All sale or promotion items are considered non-refundable.
